This hotel is great. I had lots of choices for our trip to Hawaii and I just had a good feeling about this hotel when I was doing my research. I decided to go with my gut and stick with this hotel reservation and I was very pleased. The hotel offers many great activities and amenities that really help to keep everything easy and convenient for all of your needs. The location is great. It is on the main strip but kind of on the end so it is very quiet and not in the busy area. The hotel is right near the bus stop so it is easy to go anywhere. The hotel provides a water cooler which is amazing to help keep hydrated when you are in a hot climate. They also offer luggage storage which is always important to me. There is an ABC store across the street and a 7/11 about a block down. It was helpful to get snacks. And for everything else the hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk away from major restaurants and shopping. And about a 10 min walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again. They provided everything I needed. A spacious room with a kitchen and toiletry products and coffee and tea and a balcony, etc… hope to see them again soon!

The kitchenette helped us feed our daughter that is a picky eater. The location is awesome since it's at the start of all the shops and entertainment. The beach is 15 minute walk. There's a Papa John's in the gasoline station next door. The hotel had valet for $40. There are cheaper parking options, but I don't know if they're good. Saving time by having the car at the hotel while on vacation is better I think.

It’s just ok. Watch out for hidden fees, the daily amenity fee is kind of ridiculous for what you get. Also, parking is an additional 42 dollars a day as well.

We enjoyed our two week stay at Luana other than a few things. The bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The resort fees are expensive considering maid service is only provided every second day and minimal activities at the hotel. Overall it is a nice hotel with friendly helpful staff and is very clean and conveniently located to the beach and Waikiki.

Very nice and clean hotel. Only 10 min away from the beach. So close to downtown. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

Thin walls and loud doors. Oversized metal bedframe and make shift desk. Trash under bed from prior guests

A very expensive hotel with unpleasant staff. Here are my observations: - There is a staff member who constantly harasses guests to join an overpriced island tour. He lectures you on what you should do during your stay, which made me feel unwelcome. - The reception staff initially planned to check me in early but then forgot about me, leaving me waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half. - The hotel is not very quiet. At least five or six times a day, people would gather and talk loudly right outside my room door.

The location is great and the rooms are spacious.The kitchenette is very well supplied. Unfortunately the lighting in the bathroom is very poor. The air conditioning is terrible. Extremely noise and they dont cool the room down
