Safe area, but awful facility. Super dirty, customer service wasn’t great. Dog hair on “clean sheets” rooms had trash from I’m guessing previous guests. Would NOT come back !

Got to the room late, the toilet was broken. The front desk stated that they didn’t have anymore available rooms. However, we are welcome to use the lobby restrooms for our stay! Totally unacceptable! Still waiting for Expedia to resolve the issue. Room was old, towel rack was broken tub was filthy! I cannot believe the positive reviews on this website

Bad stay, no elevator.

Having a room on 3th floor was very difficult because I'm a senior and stairs very hard for me. The elevator not working was awful.
