Hotel canceled our reservation with no notice. I had booked my room at least 2 to 3 weeks prior and they told me when I showed up that my reservation was canceled by them and it was a first come first serve. My family and I were out late looking for another room.

We made a reservation with enough time expecting to come from a 6 hours roadtrip to get some rest, just to arrive at the lobby to check in and they told us they just dont have rooms. They said they can help us accomodate in another hotel but they were not even making phone calls to help us

When I showed up to the property the one and only front desk person left a sign saying 'had to step out BRB", 45 minutes later he came in and I was told they were short staffed and took another 15 minutes to check me in because of rooms not being clean after calling someone he sorted it out. The breakfast was okay, Loved that checkout was at noon and was located pretty centrally with lots of close amenities.

Hotel was average. The rooms could definitely use a facelift the breakfast was ok but not hot. For example the oatmeal was cold and no microwave available! The lady that set up the bfst was a very hard worker and kept things tidy and stocked. I just think the equipment used to keep the product warm isnt sufficient ! The staff was very friendly and I requested an extra room cleaning which they did a great job so we appreciated that!

The a/c in the room didn’t work. I called in advance to make sure the hot tub was working at the hotel. I was told it worked, which turned out to be a lie. We left the hotel shortly after getting there and was supposed to be refunded. Still showing on my bank statement. This place is run down bad. Thank you for ruining our romantic night away from the kids.

Nice stay. Great breakfast.

Had a great 3 days here. A couple of hiccups, they forgot to leave soap and washcloth after cleaning the room, but was not a problem and the front desk staff was great. Overall had a great stay.

Overall property was pretty average they clean your room every other day they have free breakfast that changes each morning (just be careful one day the fruit was moldy and there was something floating in my drink) there is a lot to do around the hotel and it is right off the exit which was helpful in getting around easily Also amazing view of the mountains

Poor service, unclean

The knob of the bathroom was broken, and no one came to fix it. Breakfast was missing key items. The entire place is falling apart and the manager on site was least bit concerned and blamed the customer owner for the state of the hotel. Don’t stay here- it was awful.
