The hotel was good but we were disappointed there were no usb ports for our phones. Also, we stayed in the motel while paying the price for a 5 star hotel because there was a concert in town. We only stayed one night but it seemed clean and the people were very friendly.

May was the manager who takes zero accountability. She doesn't deserve to be managing the hotel IMO. I had my expensive shorts burnt due to a defective iron box. Had I burnt their blanket, I would have been charged an hefty amount. She made me come to the lobby 4 times and follow up with her. They took my number but never bothered to call me nor replace the item after the incident. All she said was 'I can aplogize' which is not worth a single penny.
