The front Desk clerk was just not approvable. I wanted to check in early and just told me that there were no rooms. She never gave me the option of paying the extra fee to check in early. I paid it at the Kiosk and got a room. Just maybe give all options next time

Rooms are in rough shape. Water for showers wasn't hot in the mornings. Could hear everyone through the walls. Would not stay here again unless desperate.

Overall, the place was great from the restaurants to the staff. The room was not the as clean as it should have been. The bed lacked pillows on the bed. Had 2 queen room and to very scrawny pillows. I would stay again.

**An Old Hotel That Still Needs Improvements

The self-parking gate never works with the room key. Also, receiving friendly service from the staff is not easy. The hotel seems to have been renovated, but the bathroom still has mold, which is disappointing. To make matters worse, the room was completely overwhelmed with an overpowering perfume smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in.

A little dated but clean and convenient

Hotel a little dated, but clean and convenient. Price much better than adjacent hotels so we're good. Would stay there again. Had tickets to the Sphere and Flamingo is easy walking distance.
