My first room was filthy and horrible. Looked like it hadn't been updated in 30 years. I feel like I was a victim of bait and switch. The photo of the room when making the reservation looks nothing like the horrible room they gave me. Then they of course offered an upgrade for more money, basically to the room they originally showed online.

Everything was perfect! The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, the amenities + restaurant/bars at the hotel and even the ones that were walking distance were great! Would definitely come back and stay here again! Only downside would probably be getting drinks while gambling at the casino, was never approached by a server except for once out of the 5 times we went to the casino, not a big issue tho, still had a wonderful time!

The walls are paper-thin making it really difficult to sleep through the night when people are in the halls being loud. The room I was in had paint and wall paper peeling away from the bathroom wall. There was limited furniture (only a chair at the desk), and the lighting in the room was really dim. Not worth the price of admission.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend We had an extremely disappointing stay. We were downgraded without any prior notice or explanation, and despite paying extra for a better room, we received no compensation or proper resolution. Expedia was also unable to assist us, which made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the service was completely unacceptable. We requested extra pillows for three consecutive days, and no one ever followed through. It felt like no one cared about guest comfort or service quality. Think twice before booking—this was one of the worst travel experiences we've had.

I really like the location of the property and the fact that it is somewhat more affordable as compared to other properties. However, there were some things I did not like. They spent so much money on redoing the pools, but the family pool looks like a jailed secluded jacuzzi; horrible option for those traveling with kids. Their elevators are a complete mess; you have to scan your card before going up and it is ALWAYS a mission to get it to work. Additionally, their response to room service is extremely disastrous. I had to wait 1.5 hours and make three calls before I received my requested extra pillow and blankets.
