This was an awful experience. Despite upgrading, I received the worst possible room. Four guests stayed, but there were only two bath towels. We stayed for two nights, and the room was not cleaned or the trash emptied. When we asked via email, they replied that housekeeping needed to be requested daily. Jimmy at check-in focused more on collecting the $40 early check-in fee than explaining about the property. They claim to want a five-star experience, but it felt more like a two-star motel — broken curtains, a broken phone, missing shower faucets, and water leaking from the wall during showers. TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY if you can. They are fortunate to be in such a good location, but other than that, avoid them at all costs.
