Stains on Sheets / bedding. Stains on towels, Staff was RUDE and spoke to each other about their upcoming weekend instead of promptly helping the two people in line. ZERO like "home" . Attempted to book another hotel after one night, sold out in surrounding area due to graduation. Not again, thought I would save some money, my learning experience to say the least.

This is the sketchiest place I’ve ever stayed. We weee work up repeatedly with yelling and fighting. Also with marijuana being smoked very near to the room so that it was making us feel nauseated. The bathroom door would not close AT ALL. Wide open. The comforters and the rest of the room was NOT clean. We got up and left at 6:00 am because the e couldn’t stand to be there abt longer. It should not be rented. It was absolutely awful.

You get what you pay for

When I arrived the room was dirty I requested a room and it does pan and the mop so I could clean it. There were dead bugs on the floor and it was extremely Dusty. After my long drive I was not able to take a shower because I was waiting for hotel staff to bring me a broom and dustpan as well as mop. After returning to the office three times to request these items and then ask for towels I got on my hands knees and cleaned the floor. The staff did not care whether or not I arrived to a clean room and were unwilling to expedite any services. The front desk staff was rude and abrasive. And didn't seem to care to offer any great customer service. Despite the affordability of the room it would be nice to be greeted by a staff who care. Paint was chipped on the wall and walls were very dirty. I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience, place was so dirty. Please do not stay here. Looks like they rent a lot to homeless people. You can hear people fighting outside the rooms. We had trouble opening the door every single time and had to change keys. Worst of the worst. You can find better hotels for the same amount of money.

I bought a room through Expedia 2 hours before showing up. I got confirmation and a receipt from Expedia. When I showed up 2 hours later, I was told I didn’t have a room and they could do nothing for me. Mind you this was at 10:45pm. Will not be using Expedia to book stays or won’t look at Hometown Suites when in Denver area.

There were no blankets and not enough washcloths. No kleenex, no paper towels to clean the kitchen area. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen to eat on or with. Staff did not do what they said they would do as far as bringing linens. Had to return to the front desk multiple times because keys wouldn't work. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Absolutely would not go there again.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here. We weren’t expecting much, and it was still far below expectations. First room I was given reeked of smoke, the dresser was broken. While they did switch rooms and it was at least clean, our keys rarely worked (had to get new ones twice) and one morning after leaving at 6am for coffee and then returning at 6:30 to find my keys didn’t work, I was locked out of my room until someone showed up to work at 7:30am. Good thing it was in the morning, as it is definitely not a place I’d want to be stranded at night.

This was a below normal type of hotel. Something you wouldn’t expect to find in this area. Although the price was reasonable…you immediately understand why. There is no care taken to hide the cosmetic damage or age of the building. The clerk was rude to everyone and did a phenomenal job at letting everyone know she didn’t want to do her job. I will never go back and never recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

First room had no shower curtain so they switched me to another room. That one had a flickering light, faucet that barely worked, fridge that froze anything you put in it, and a lock where my key card took 7 attempts to get it to unlock. Laundry room says it is accessible by guest key but really must be opened by the hotel clerk who was always in the back and hard to find. Machine only takes quarters. No change machine and hotel refuses to make change. So I had to go to a laundromat elsewhere. Easily one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I don’t expect anything special at that price but this was much worse than even cheaper hotels I’ve been to.

When going up the enclosed staircase to second floor smelled of bodily waste (solid sand liquid) and marijuana and cigarette smoke. Entered room and met with strong odor of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Bedding dirty and signs of bed bug infestation. Bathroom not clean.
