Stayed only one night but was impressed with this hotel. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Clean, good bathroom/shower, quiet. Had a bar available for a couple of hours at night. Will definitely stay here again when traveling through DIA.

Room was clean. We left our room a bit late in the morning on our second day so we had put out a do not disturb sign on our door at that time. I did however expect them to come back and at least change out the towels which they did not do I also expected a microwave in the room, which was not available

Everything worked as advertised. The concierge was super efficient getting me checked into the room. Pretty quiet for being so close to DIA. Shuttles were on time and easy to use and only 10 minutes from the airport.

I was disappointed in the customer service this time as I have stayed before . The lounge being closed on a Friday not clearly conveyed as still Showed signage of everywhere. In past visits better as spending time with my daughter before I fly back east .
