Generally a good experience at the hotel. I considered the breakfast presentation to be a bit limited by inadequate Staffing to keep Food Supplies stocked and cleaned up. The seating for breakfast was also Limited.

Never got my room... hotel said no confirmation

I secured the room via Hotels.com as my flight connection in Denver was late by 4 hours so I was forced to stay in Denver overnight. I got to the hotel, no one was there at the front desk. Three other guests were also waiting and the security guard said we had to wait until someone arrived. 90 minutes later an employee arrived. When I gave them my confirmation number from Hotels.com I was told there are no rooms, they are sold out. I had literally booked the room only a few hours earlier. The guest after me was told the same thing. I had to incur two Uber charges to get to the hotel and then leave the hotel for a room that you said I had, that was not there because there were not rooms. I would like my Uber charges to be refunded and I certainly better not be charged for a hotel room I never stayed in!

Staff was amazing. Both morning and evening front desk attendants were really friendly. The maintenance man let me borrow pliers to fix my car seat. Be careful about the shuttle bus. There are 2 Hyatts with slightly different names near the airport. It’s very easy to get on the wrong one.
