I give us 3 out of star rating.

This was my 1st West gate stay. My room was clean but the jacuzzi wasn't as clean as it should be. Some of the jacuzzi jets didn't work. The patio furniture was also filthy. Full of dust and dirt. I was there for 2 nights and room service never came on our 2nd day. For it to be West gate I thought it would have been more up to a 5 star rating.

This property is awesome the only negative would be the water park. if your not an owner you have to pay $25.00 per person to go in. they have shuttles from buildings to buildings within the resort but no separate golf cart rentals. Watch out for the town shares people, there out to get you lol. Also no shuttles to the airport either but free parking and remember there is a resort fee as well.

The only issue is that the rooms are entirely too close together. Like most hotels they have adjoining room options. We had 2 doors one on eacj side of the room leading to other adjoining horel rooms. We could hear everything as if that door was just leading to a bedroom. The walls are so thin. Regular conversations could be heard word for word easily.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Westgate Kissimmee, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The amenities offered were fantastic, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Beware of bed bug and lack of response from mgmt

The room seemed nice after initial inspection. After first night, woke up with bed bug bites over both arms. Thought they were mosquito bites initially until I returned home. Reported to management and site. I was chastised for not reporting while there. I had no idea of bed bug bites until looking into this at home. The facilities response has been nonexistent and no compensation at this point.
