When we pulled up we were greeted by the vallet. I did not see any parking for the hotel. We used the vallet service but didn’t know it would cost us $68 that was charged to my card days later, I was not told about this charge at all and didn’t see any signs explaining the charge. Also when we got to our room all I could smell was mold or mildew smell.

My stay

It was amazing. Everybody was polite and respectful. We are from Puerto Rico and we liked that so many employees are latinos. We enjoyed every single day at the hotel. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the hotel doesn’t include an affordable parking. But we still parked on the nearby areas and enjoyed the stay.

Just 2 blocks to rhe Convention center. Hyatt house and Hyatt Place are in the same building. House has a microwave and Place does not.

Beware of Parking situation.

Beware of the parking situation. The Daily Charge was almost 60.00 and I was told that they didn’t have room for my GMC Yukon. The snitty attendant told me to find my own parking place which I did for 15.00 per night just around the corner. The front desk helped me with that. I was also told that if I left my car for more than 15 minutes during check-in, it would be towed. 5 for the Hotel. 0 stars for the Parking.

The bathroom door locks when shut causeing is to get locked out of the bathroom. The sofa was unraveling and the desk lamp didn't work.
