The parking garage is disconnected and far from the hotel. Paying for inconvenient parking is insulting. Not to mention having to dodge the unhoused neighbors to the hotel. The bathroom tub had random hairs on the walls - not ours as we just got to the room. There was a large spider in my towel and it freaked me out. Never saw that before.

The staff at the front desk are pleasant and helpful. We also appreciated talking with Ben in the bar about Aurora and the surrounding areas. He was very sweet and helpful.
