The bed was not particularly comfortable for us, but we were able to sleep. The air conditioner was good, the toilet needs some repair. It ran at times after flushing. They need to get the elevator working properly. One has a faulty butter for the 4th floor, and the other was out of order.

There are better options

I stayed at this hotel because it's very close to HCA HealthONE. The hotel is kept to a minimum in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and staff; for example, they clean your room every three days unless you request it. It's better to stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, which, while a little more expensive, makes a big difference and is also close to the hospital.

A very distressed hotel with broken amenities!

We arrived to dirrty and distressed sheets and towels. There werent any wash clothe and they had to give us hand towels instead. Even the bedspread had stains. I booked this hotel because we wanted a hot tub but it was broken for the entire stay! The night manager was very sweet and tried to remedy some of the issues to no avail.

Highly recommend.

Very clean and nice staff. Loud and rowdy people woke us up in the middle of the night, but not the fault of the hotel. Right across 225 from HCA Hospital and very convenient for an early procedure.
