5 stars for customer service but rating it a 3 only because meanwhile I was asleep early morning , someone tried to open the door and was unsuccessful due to the top door lock latch . It could’ve been room maintenance but they did not announce themselves or knock on the door since they did not provide a do not disturb sign . Which was a little scary being a woman and alone . But other than that everything else was good .

It was a place to sleep. Sounded like a playground during the day. Rooms need a bit of attention. Sink faucet needs replaced and sink/bath area need work. Least too worry about was the TV was the smallest I've see in a years travel. I understand the property was recently acquired from another chain so maybe it'll become more of what I'd expect from a wynma

Compfortable stay, but unhealthy breakfast options

It would be nice if there was either whole milk or real half n half available for coffee. It’s all fake stuff and the milk is 1%. And hard boiled eggs would be an easy protein. Besides the lack of healthy choices, everything was clean, well kept and comfortable.

They should remodel the whole building. The bathroom shower had tape on it and i was scared to shower. The whole room looks old in general looks like they barely running a business. We only stayed one night.
