Under renovation so most facilities are closed. I stayed because it was close to an event I was at. I was put into a ground floor room at first that was terrible : tv blasting next door, ac unit very loud, no carpet. After complaint I was moved to 2nd floor to MUCH nicer room. Morning desk clerk was very helpful.

I was put in a room that they were redoing the carpet right above me. So I got moved into another room. This room was not clean at all. There was hair all over the sink and in the bath tub there was sticky liquid on the floor and my three year old son found an alcoholic can under the bed.

Servicable

Serviceable hotel, somewhat dingy and our window had a broken screen so we couldn't open it to get fresh air as the cleaner stunk. They messed up the booking on 1 of the rooms and we had to go back to the lobby to get a room with 2 beds which is what we booked. Breakfast was fruit and mini muffins. With signs saying "Breakfast must be eaten in the lobby".

Awful hotel

I reserved this hotel because if was with the Wyndham family. I was very disappointed and should not have the Wyndham association. The reservation was for a King; I had emailed that we would be arriving late; but they did not keep it. We received a double queen. There was NO grab rails in the bathtub; it was slippery and very worried about slipping. The check in was challenging due to a new person being trained and the trainer was not friendly. Felt we were bothering them.

Great value

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, there was only cereal or mini muffins with milk or coffee. The juice machine wasn’t working. The rooms were very clean, beds were so comfy and the staff was very friendly

We picked a non smoking room and it smelled so bad of smoke like someone was smoking in the room. The bedding and everything smelled like smoke.The toilet didnt really want to flush. The room needs an overhaul. They fixed spots on the wall with different colored paint. We could hear our neighbors TV loud and clear.
