No hot water and dripping showerr

The bathroom shower was broken and it took over an hour for someone to come upand then he had to take apartthe whole showerhead. Also there was no hot water in the morning. Poor recovery and all they said was I am sorry

Downtown Denver

We loved staying at The Curtis. All of the floors have different themes. We paid and thought we reserved the King Size Kiss Suite, but when we got to the hotel we were placed in an Junior Suite. We paid extra for the Kiss Suite as it is bigger and can accomodate a family of 5. The junior suite was a little crammed and sharing a bathroom with a family of 5 was a little much. We would stay here again. Make sure you know what you paid for before you check in.

The staff was super friendly! We were changing from one hotel to this one and was able to check in early. The vibe was very cherry, couldn't help but be happy while we were there. Just across the street from the performing arts center! Our stay was just perfect!

Nice hotel, great service and location.

I enjoyed my stay. The corner room was quite large. The a/c fan was a bit noisy, but they fixed it after I let them know. I cut my reserved stay short by one day when the work on my condo finished early, and the Curtis refunded my one day’s cost pretty seamlessly, which I appreciated very much. Excellent location. Not as fancy as some hotels, but I highly recommend it.

We love to stay at the Curtis when catching a show at the performing arts center. Easily walkable to everything downtown. The decor is so unique and fun with a great staff. And don’t forget the cookies!
