Check in was easy, rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and a great location! We wanted an affordable hotel within walking distance to the Ball Arena. This was perfect for what we were looking for. Will definitely stay again.

Shameful condition, high prices

the hotel needs upgrading, there is torn wallpaper everywhere and it's filthy in the common areas. The room was clean and comfortable but I couldn't crack the windows and I didn't run the a/c because it was old and noisy which made the environment uncomfortable. The door to the room didn't fit property which left a big gap under the door and everything outside the room could be heard inside--noisy people and cleaning staff. At any time I tried to shower, the water was barely tepid. The front desk staff collectively looked like something out of the Rocky Horror Show and there didn't seem to be much protocol in practice. Hard to imagine why I paid over $300 a night for this hotel--for sure I won't do it again
