Your passage way to these rooms stinks The perping is off the charts as I knew it would be in a high density area But worst of all your reception staff knocked on door and quickly entered , absolutely no time to answer respond , I’m so over being abused in expensive rooms , I have booked another night so why not ph don’t come in like a big bully and say I have you checked out today , very rude behaviour!

Room and staff were amazing. Its the wotif site that needs attention no room choice at all. Outlook , floor level. 9th floor looking at a carpark? Not for that money per night. Wont be revisiting this site!

The front of house staff who attended to me had an attitude. Was not willing to honour my request for twin beds - which was requested at the time of booking. Was blaming Expedia. Said Expedia does not send through requests. Will never visit this property again.

I booked two rooms well in advance. One room for my son and I, the other for my daughter and wife. We were across and down the hall in rooms that had internal access to two rooms. We had to call each other every time to meet up as we could not knock on each others doors as they were both within a second door. I don't know why we were not given double rooms within one entry from the hallway. The system/arrangement of 'double rooms' was horrific as we left early due my father-in-law dying the early hours of Boxing Day morning. We struggled to access one another due to the double entry doors on each others rooms, IT WAS HORRENDOUS. We should have had rooms side by side within ONE access from the beginning. Not happy with double entry, we should have been given rooms together. It was problematic during our stay and absolute PANDAMONIUM when we were trying to leave in an emergency to go back to Sydney due to his death. UNBELIEVEABLE!

Door to our room was common door with other room next door, had loud door slamming on and off which disturbed sleep. Also marijuana smell from people smoking on balconies was horrible sitting outside with this smell. Was not worth price we paid to relax at the coast.

Location to beach and restaurants was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was generally good. Ocean view was more a glimpse between buildings Outdoor pool was small and crowded. Lifts were generally out of order or extremely slow to arrive. Putt putt was a fun free activity Gym was extremely hot with the indoor pool next to it. Location outweighs the hotel faults - we used the beach rather than the pool :)
