Very neglected. Dirty & disgusting. Was not properly taken care of & it looked nothing like the pictures. We got a different hotel because of this, it was simply uninhabitable. Very loud, read other reviews & you’ll see it’s a shared experience

My stay was okay, but not quite what I expected. The hotel has charm, but the room looked different from the photos, the check-in felt more like an Airbnb experience versus a charming, historic bed and breakfast. Not a bad experience, just not the right fit for me. Good for travelers who don’t mind quirks and a more self-service style stay.

No staff, I thought I booked a boutique hotel, not some sort of Airbnb type rental. No one on premises, no elevator, had to lug my luggage up three flights of stairs. No instructions on how to heat the room, noisy street noise even though they had earplugs. Cute room, but thin walls, heard the couple next door arguing in the middle of the night.

The room was as pictured but when looking at the sheets there were crumbs and hair all over. It was dirty. Got a eye infection. The hallway into the rooms smells like smoke and cat urine. Dont recommend.

No staff on property. THIS PROPERTY IS ON COLFAX AVE. Drunks sleeping aroun building. Vagrants begging. Looked dirty i dont know for sure we were never able to get access to the building and no one responded to texts and messages.

i loved the room itself but having no actual staff on site and finding parking made it very inconvenient, the area the hotel is in does not feel safe. it would be nice to have an available wet bar option in room i had to walk the neighborhood late at night after the concert i went to and i felt it was very unsafe .

Historical beauty close to downtown

DON'T STAY HERE!!!

I don't normally review but feel I need to warn people not to stay here. My daughter and I were on the 3rd floor facing Colfax. We did not feel safe due to all the homeless out front and night time activity. The pictures on the website are not accurate. It is a rundown nightmare. Outside is totally covered in ivy and the windows as well making it dark in the rooms. The carpet is dirty and ripped. Upon arrival in our room, the first thing I noticed was the dirty bathroom. It had dark long hair all over the floor, a used toothbrush and razor in the shower. The carpet had not been vacuumed, the table was broken and two of the lights did not have lightbulbs. The coffee maker had old coffee in it with mold growing and the dishes in the cupboard were not clean. I have never been in such a dirty dark place. Way over priced. I would pay another 100 a night to stay downtown.
