Nice pool and fitness room, but the service was not great, the bathtub didn’t drain, and the water took a long time to get hot. Breakfast was bare minimum for the price and our room wasn’t ready at check in. Won’t be staying here again.

Good stay for the price

This was a decent hotel, especially for the price. The staff was all nice. The rooms are somewhat shabby (holes in the curtains, chips in the paint, marks on the furniture) but overall clean. The living furniture (chairs/sofa/desk chair) were stiff and uncomfortable. Our in-room phone didn’t work to dial the front desk. We had an issue with our toilet that seemed to confuse the staff but they were prompt in getting it resolved. The drink vouchers were nice to have. The pool was also a little run down but a nice place to spend a hot afternoon!

This place is so tired and bad. We were late booking for our business trip and this was one of the few hotels available in Denver. It’s in a bad area of town. Service was really bad - had a valet ask ME to hold a door for him, called to get help from front desk multiple times and were told “if we don’t answer, we are busy…just call back”. In the mornings, there were two temperatures for water: scalding hot and ice cold. So awful. Do not book this hotel unless it’s a last resort…and then I would suggest a different place outside of downtown Denver.

The Warwick is a little gem on the eastside of downtown Denver. Very friendly staff. Large, clean rooms with balconies. And guests playing the grand piano in the lobby. We’ll be back.
