Overall, nice place to stay. Room was a little dated, bathroom needs attention, leaked when had shower (not reported) sink didn’t drain properly (reported). Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Stayed for a wedding nearby.

The room smelt very damp when we walked in due to the bathroom door being open and the smell was coming from there . The bedroom was clean but dated but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. It needs a overhaul soon. We was in room 28 on the ground floor . The floor boards made a dreadful noise to say its on the ground floor

Hotel in a ideal location for Donington Park / East Midlands airport. Room was immaculate and the staff super friendly and helpful. The only negative point is that previously you were able to eat at bar / lobby area, this option is no longer available with the only options available being the restraunt or 24 hour room service

Nice restaurant

The location, 800 yards from the train station, was why I booked a room for two nights in the first place. The hotel's staff was very helpful, pleasant, and went out of their way to help me. The hotel's room was small compared to others I stayed at during my trip, but it had all I needed, and the bed gave me two nights of wonderful, restful sleep.
