Checked in Saturday evening about 5pm. No one at front desk. Had a bell to hit for assistance. Maritsia finally came out of a back room, Cardi B. loudly playing from the room. No smile, no welcome, very non friendly. Worst check in experience I’ve ever had. No signage at all regarding location of ice machines. Came down from 4th floor and asked front desk, again hitting the bell for assistance. She said ice machines are in the stairwell on each floor. Went back up to our floor but ours was broke. Has to go down to 3rd floor to get ice. Dirty carpet in the hallways, lots of areas needing paint touch-up. Windows in room were old and no insulation from road noise. Don’t recommend.

Overall, our stay was good. The bathroom door and hotel door close really hard and you physically had to slam the doors to make them close. I didnt like this at all. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice to have each morning.

We had issues at check in where our reservation would not take into the system which caused a delay Then We found out that the keys were not coded properly and we couldn't get into our room we had to go back up to the front desk which was a little distressing after an 11 hour drive. We Got settled into our room and found the TV did not work so we were located to a different room on a different floor. Not the type of visit i had envisioned.

It was just ok. We rented 2 rooms for 1 night. Ours was good my son's room had something that looked like dried blood on the AC unit. Breakfast was very good. When we checked out the guy at the counter was kind of rude when we asked for a receipt. He said he could not give us one because we used expedia and I had to get receipt from them. No ice in ice machine and no hot tub.

The breakfast was very good, but a couple of things were broken in our room. The price was VERY high because it was state fair weekend, which I thought was less than ideal because this property was 25 mins. away from the fairgrounds.

This hotel experience was good from beginning to end. The staff was very friendly. The air conditioning was turned on when we got into the room after a long day at the fair, the room was clean. Breakfast was good…all in a great place to stay.
