We had a room that was perfect for our family - bunk beds for the kids, and a table and kitchen area. Very clean and well designed space. The staff was lovely too.

Highly recommend this hotel. Location is very convenient, walking distance to Dotombori, Kuromon market, shinsaibashi shopping outlet, DAIMARU mall and Parco building. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Quiet area at night. Having a kitchen in the unit is plus plus.

I honestly was expecting a larger room for the 5 of us. We all slept on the tatami, we had to step on each other bodies in order to reach our futon. The ceiling was very low, it gave us a sense of oppression. We didn’t even have the space for opening our luggages. The bathroom was tiny, we had to take turns in order to use it. For the first time since we arrived in Japan, the washing machine wasn’t in the room but downstairs next to the reception and wasn’t free. The room was clean and everything was in perfect working conditions but that was about it. I’d say after we stayed in other Mimarù, this one in Osaka was a let down.

Loved the architecture/design of the hotel & room. Modern but authentic cultural feel; clean and spacious rooms; 24H convenience store right next door full of delicious traditional snacks/meals; no on-site parking but plenty of 24H parking lots around. Staff (Maria) was lovely and so helpful. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. There are Family mart and Aeon nearby. You can get whatever you like from these stores. The shopping hotspot is really close. You can go there is 10 minutes. Staff is nice and helpful. I will book this hotel again in my next visit.

This was our first experience of the Mimaru chain and we are so happy with it! The room was spacious, had a small kitchen, and the bunk bed and dining area is great. Well air conditioned which was brilliant in the heat of summer! Laundry facilities, items for free hire, and amazing staff meant it made our stay. Thank you Mimaru (particularly to the front desk staff member who was so kind!)

We stayed for 2 nights and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The staff asked if we needed any amenities during check-in since they do not leave them out in the lobby. There is wall with photos of the staff and their biography so you can learn about their interests. Also, if you fill out a survey you receive a token for a gashapon machine at the front desk. The hotel was easy to find and reach by train (about a 4 minute walk to the nearest station). There is an AEON supermarket and a FamilyMart close by. The Shinsaibashi shopping center is walkable (about 15 minutes away) and has much to see. The room itself had a shower, tub, kitchen, and 2 beds with room for 3 more futons for a total of 5 people in one room. It was a little tight going in and out of the sleeping area but the dining table and kitchen were fine. We had some shoes and other bulky trash that needed to be disposed and the staff were very kind to help us throw them away. We would love to stay in this area again. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay with my family. Jake checked us in and is one of the friendliest and most helpful receptionist we have had. Location is fantastic - a little off the main streets but just a short walk from the main tourist area. The room was very spacious and filled with amenities. We would definitely come back again!

Hotel was perfect for our 4 day stay in Osaka. Room was quite large and had many amenities. Laundry facilities at the hotel were great. Easy walk to food district and subway. Highly recommend.
