We didn’t get housekeeping at all nothing I had to ask for clean towels and the dirty ones were left I’m not sure if I was billed correctly for parking. I will review my credit charges

Perfect for walking everywhere

Perfect location to walk anywhere you needed. Front staff was extremely helpful. He let us check in early, even when we didn't ask to. We were just asking about how parking worked until we could check in. We loved the large patio area. And everything felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again for an Iowa Cubs game.

Would have been great but it wasn’t

Did not inform guests that there would be no hot water. Chose this hotel for comfort and didn’t get it. Will say the front desk folks are kind and friendly.

The staff when I checked in was great and the woman running the breakfast went above and beyond! However, the evening staff were a bit rude about helping with internet connection. The elevator stopped working. The room was wheelchair accessible, but the plastic lip dividing the hallway and entryway and the kitchen and living room area was incredibly difficult to get a wheelchair over. The elevator was also tough to get a wheelchair in and out of. I selected this hotel for its breakfast (still amazing), its pool, location, and kitchenette. I was not happy with the evening staff or dirty room. There were not enough pillows for the pull out couch bed. I felt like the price was not equal to the value.

Not sure what the issue was.. not worth the cost

The hot tub jets did not work. The shower knob was loose and did not keep the temp correct… tried booking out, but no one was at the desk , called the number no one answered. Parking garage did not give bar code… was charged multiple time for parking?? Called service number and auto phone call kept hanging up.
