The only downside were the mattresses. I had 2 rooms with 2 double beds. Everyone in my group agreed it was difficult to sleep. Mattresses are as hard as the floor. Aside from that, everything else was awesome.

Affordable, good value for location. Room was very clean and had a fridge which was nice. I was very impressed with the free breakfast - a great selection of real NYC bagels. Only drawback was that the hot water for bath/shower was inconsistent.

Did not like bathroom towels...very hard on skin. Didnt like bedding....hard on skin. Staff provided great customer service. Location was great and breakfast enjoyed. Quiet stay made it perfect for a good nights rest.

The room was comfortable, the location of the hotel good EXCEPT it was very noisy and despite having paid $600 for 2 nights we didn’t get much sleep at all (street vendors blasting music until early morning). The bathroom tub was not draining and the toilet had to be flushed 2 times before emptying. The breakfast choices very limited but we made it work. Close to subway stations so that was a plus

Perfect spot in Manhattan to stay. The staff and service from them all is AMAZING - so accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself is a little dated, but if you don't mind that it's a perfect place to stay for your trip to NYC
