I rarely write reviews for hotels, but for a first time stay, I was quite impressed with the hotel and beauty of both the outside and inside, the friendly staff and the convenience and location. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the lobby and bar area are very modern and charming. Highly recommended!

Funky and functional hotel!

Modern hotel with all the perks. Decor was fun and unique. Breakfast was very complete. Although we didn’t use it, the lounge looked nice. Sink was outside toilet area, which is helpful.

We stayed on a busy weekend in Des Moines. Lots of baseball teams needing to stay in hotels. This hotel was super quiet. No kids running around the halls being loud. The patio was really nice and plenty of privavcy. Floor to ceiling windows in the room, comfy bed and pillows. Nice amenities. We will definitely be staying again for a kids free weekend.

This was by far the cleanest hotel we've stayed at in a very long time! Such a refreshing stay, staff was friendly, hotel was nice and modern. My only nit picks were the limited TV channels which sometimes didn't work because of network outages. And someone tried to charge $96 in drinks at the lounge to our room instead of their own. We didn't even visit the lounge, but the staff was quick and friendly to fix it for us. We'll be back again, it was truly a good experience overall and one that made us a fan of this property!
