Bed was very hard and I am not a fussy sleeper. Food on the business executive floor was tough and overcooked due to reheating. Conversely, drinks at night were good with friendly staff. Food, once again was over cooked and dry.

This is a smallish hotel located in a fantastic location, slightly off the waterfront. Staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and nice. There is a ton of good food options and touristy things to do like the aquarium and maritime museum within easy walking distance on the waterfront. Rooms are very nice, clean, well serviced and decent sized. The area is are st night. The train/metro is located a few blocks away which gives you access to most of Sydney. You can take a train from the airport to get the hotel. Overall, a really decent hotel for the price with great staff located conveniently.

Nice Hotel

The hotel is nice. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The club level was also a nice added benefit, along with the slight harbor view. They have fireworks every Saturday, shot off at the Darling Harbour. Beautiful experience. My only issue was the comfort of the beds. Unfortunately, the beds in both of my hotel rooms (for my family) were rock hard. Not at all what I was expecting. Not as enjoyable as I would have hoped for such a nice hotel.

First time at this chain. Attentive staff, clean common areas. Hotel was busy, but the lifts ran well with very little wait time. Room was clean. Plenty of supplies in the bathroom and tea/coffee bench. Aside from worn door handles on the cupboards, a very positive and enjoyable stay. Breakfast buffet was nice - plenty of variety plus including a cook to order egg station. Didn't feel crowded even thought it was busy. Darling Harbour is literally across the road. So convenient to stroll over and watch the 9pm fireworks via the pedestrian footbridge shortcut. Town Hall/QVB a 5 minute walk up the road. Pitt St Mall 10 mins. Chinatown 5 minutes away, plenty of food options.
