Spotless room, staff were very helpful. Location of the hotel was very conveniently situated, close to Darling Harbour and parking. Only let downs was the room air conditioner wasn't working properly and was hot while trying to sleep.

Ideal location for us close to darling harbour, darling square and cbd. Staff super friendly, i even got a bottle of sparkling wine and cake sent to my room for my birthday. Breakfast was ok my son loved the pancakes. Bed super comfy, great block out curtains. Loved the himalyan bath salts for the bath. Enjoyed the room service options and suoer speedy!

Our first time and it was delightful, from valet staff to housekeeping everyone was warm, friendly and professional. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was delightful they even had umbrellas on rainy days to pick up and drop off. Sweets cart of Australian goods on some afternoons. Close to food, bars and shopping. We felt very safe with our children walking in the evening neighbourhood. Will stay again, thank you.

The room was very nice size and very clean. The amenities were excellent and it was great to have a tub and a separate shower. The breakfast was outstanding and the lo ation is within walking distance to a number of nice restaurants.
