Amazing staff! So genuine and helpful. Biggest issue was the shower the shower head is old and had little pressure and amenities in shower were not great no hair conditioner ect.. room was comfy other than showers,room service food was also reasonable.. all in all staff incredibly friendly and helpful I just wished I’d had a nice experience with the shower for the stay.

Hotel is located just behind Darling Harbour so plenty of dining options nearby. We stayed in one of the Club rooms which was a very generous size and the club lounge offered good variety of breakfast and evening drinks/canapes etc. Staff were also excellent and always happy to assist. Would happily stay again.

Park Royal is a good, quiet hotel. The room was clean, the service friendly and I would definitely stay again. I liked the water filter fountain located on the floor which allowed us to refill our water bottles. The location is perfect for attending events at Darling Harbour, just a short walk to it.
