Amazing staff! So genuine and helpful. Biggest issue was the shower the shower head is old and had little pressure and amenities in shower were not great no hair conditioner ect.. room was comfy other than showers,room service food was also reasonable.. all in all staff incredibly friendly and helpful I just wished I’d had a nice experience with the shower for the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation, restaurants and shops. Walkable to many of the main tourist attractions. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Im unhappy that i was not given the room i thought i had booked based on there being a dining space. I did look into the upgrade however the price was dearer and the room in the photo had no dining space. So i left my booking as was thinking the photo that continually came up for that room had the extra space . I also wasnt able to park at the premises and was unaware it was not one car per room even after speaking to the venue days prior. The car park they reccomended was not wat i pictured a 500 dollar per nite type venue offers. It was run down, filled with garbage and left me feeling uneasy walking thru it in the early morning to to retrieve a puffer from the car. The staff themself are very helpful and after mentioning my problems kindly explained theres nothing they can do about it. If i knew i was going to be sleeping in a bed less than a metre from the toilet i would of taken my partner camping and cost me nothing . Marketing should have someone dealing with this rather than the workers explaining the reason for my confusion is that marketing has led me to believe thats wat im booking . Once given the recent all pictures of ehat i was booking seem to be impossible to find and connect to the booking .

we stayed as an adult family in three separate rooms side by side. It was fabulous. Drinks in the bar downstairs every afternoon was great. Very quiet and intimate. many nearby eating places and shopping right around the corner. We loved it!

Very comfortable

Another business trip for a trade show at the ICC. Very convenient and good value for money. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to major arterial roads. Large rooms. Very comfortable.

Reception experience was the least I liked. I was billed in three seperate accounts, no itemisation and only one emailed (I had to follow up). Membership offer only applies to items purchased not room cost. A little sneaky practice. Carpet had stains on it that looked recent but wasn’t cleaned (I think it was outside room 704). Staff do not smile when acknowledging you makes it look obligatory. Choices of juices boring, no poached eggs. Connection to streaming services had intermittent sound. Body wash only in bathroom no hand soap. Place could be brightened up a bit to appeal with pictures on walls

Park Royal was Good but s improvements are needed

We were on the first floor and had a view of the exit ramp from the motorway. The bed was on wheels, which was odd and the room felt cramped. For example, you couldn’t open the closet door to the safe all of the way because it hit the bed. The chair by the desk was dirty. The shower door opened inward which was awkward. The television was nice.

Bey god overall experience for a brief trip to Sydney in which we were spending the majority of time around darling harbour. The bathrooms are looking a little tired but were clean. Beds very comfortable. Efficient and helpful staff. Only downside was the lack of suitable child friendly eating option within the hotel itself.
