The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome during our stay. Unfortunately, we did find a cockroach in our room, which was disappointing and affected our overall experience. On the positive side, the hotel management was responsive and provided us with a full refund, which we appreciated.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk told me—with a smile like he was lying—that he “didn’t see” my reservation, even though I had my confirmation ready. He claimed the only booking in the system was under a completely different person’s name. I contacted Expedia right away, and even they said the reservation was active. When they called the hotel to fix the issue, the clerk was rude and uncooperative with them too. He ended up canceling my reservation altogether. The whole situation felt sketchy and unsafe, and I did not feel comfortable staying there. I was refunded, but the experience was enough for me to say: do NOT book here. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.
