The hotel is beautiful and has an incredible infinity pool overlooking the Burj. The room was very comfortable and spacious, offering a high level of comfort. However, I found that some of the staff were not as friendly or welcoming as expected. I had requested a special arrangement for my partner’s 40th birthday and received a confirmation message, but unfortunately, nothing was prepared. This was quite disappointing, especially for a hotel of such a high standard.

All staff were great from check in to check out. Sanu (front desk) did an excellent job on relocating us to our upgraded room after our 2nd night of stay (out of 5).He was professional and attentive to our desire to avail a more comfortable room in your very desirable hotel. Outdoor pool was amazing!

The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the staff was wonderful and helpful! It was our first time in Dubai and the location was perfect! It's right across the street from the Burj Khalifa with unique views of it from the rooftop pool, giving some of the best views of the city. It is also attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around. We absolutely loved our stay here!
