Bay Islands ski resorts

It's got all the things you want with a reliable all-inclusive - clean rooms, good design, great food, beach access, organized activities - with a small, family-owned feel. The food felt home-cooked and the dining area felt intimate enough to recognize other folks staying, but the rooms were spread out enough to have your own little getaway.

The resort was nice, we would stay again. Breakfast was great and the pool and beach area are really nice.

Restaurants were delicious, staff was so friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is not how it looks in website it was dirty, pool area was dark we felt unsafe and we ended up leaving a day earlier losing our money

Excelente estadía, el personal super amable y todo estaba limpio. La comida super rica también. Viajamos con una niña de 2 años y no tuvimos ningún problema.

The pools had tiles coming off and the menu was the same each night. Different food options would have been nice. Some food items were over priced. Waitress Sherrice was absolutely fantastic. Polite, helpful, and guided us in the right direction to find excursions. She is a keeper and needs a raise. She was running around working like crazy. She got things done and hopefully management realizes what a gem they have.
