We really appreciated the early check in at 10 am at no additional costs. We also enjoyed yr excellent spa and restaurants, cleaness and ofcourse yr very helpfull and friendly staff who even organized a small repair on a bag for us.

Amazing staff, very friendly, attentive and respectful. Hotel was very clean and well maintained and better than many 5 star hotels in the state. Love my stay and Will continue to comeback

The place is absolutely amazing, in a splendid location. The staff are sooo sweet and prepared to help with all your needs. The deluxe rooms are lovely and spacious. The spa is stunning with a private hot tub and reasonable priced massages. Definitely the place to stay.

Really wonderful stay and great value for money - the hotel is fairly small but the rooms were kept very clean, there’s a nice pool, a small gym and a great breakfast buffet. The best thing about the hotel for me was definitely the absolutely incredible staff - they were so helpful, warm and friendly. Would really, really recommend this to anyone staying in Siem Reap and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

I book with a breakfast included, but the staff did not acknowledge my request little bit of disappointment. Other than that, the staff was great and very helpful. Overall food selection is amazing. Thank you.
