Fantastic stay the staff were friendly and very helpful with things to see and do. The pool on the 24th floor had wonderful views and just the right temperature. The lounge has live music in the evening for your dining enjoyment, also a buffet breakfast with western and local cuisine. I highly recommend.

I like the staff’s,but the common area it’s dirty the a command seating sofa and the rugs left unclean. Walking to through the hall it’s so hot and the AC unit it’s not working. I feel like I stay in a cheap hotel.

Had a great stay here. The rooftop pool was awesome and the lemongrass sours in the rooftop bar are excellent! Overall, a great stay and would come back again.

The hotel was beautiful, room spacious and well appointed. Food was excellent. Pool was rooftop and very enjoyable. Had a great massage at the spa. My only complaint is thatmt bed was much too firm. Should offer a fian or gel topper-that would have made it perfect.

The facility and staff are great. The room was large and comfortable. The hot water was instantly hot (very hot!). Drinks and pool too expensive. Street is generally only wide enough for one car but it is not one way. This led to several instances of taxi going nowhere while waiting for someone to yield.

ok but could improve!

Not my first stay at this hotel but unfortunately likely be my last stay. In summary service staff needs to be better trained to think and provide customer service. Two minor incidents. 1. room was cleaned and rubbish left outside the room. 2. requested late check out as flight had been moved to late evening, unfortunately not available as the room was already booked for next customer, which is fine, so I enquired about another room and happy to pay additional. It is possible reception staff did not understand but I was rudely told there is no room available!! Given that I know what the occupancy rate, I could not be bothered to explain further. Good thing is that there are multiple hotels available in Phnom Penh and more coming.
