It was a lovely stay. The food was delicious and had a lot of varieties. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great stay at Cinnamon Citadel Kandy. Great clean spacious comfy rooms. Staff were amazing in all areas. Great drinks and buffet. Great chilling around the pool with plenty of comfy day beds. Would definitely stay again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

All facilities excellent Only suggestions Liquid soap in bathroom instead of bars of soap Bath could do with grab bars or a bath mat Otherwise a beautiful location with stunning views

We stayed in a Signature Premium Suite and can't fault the room at all. It was in good shape, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Staff were incredibly friendly and the golf buggy shuttle provided by the hotel was very helpful, especially when it was raining. The food at the bar was lovely, as were the drinks. Both the pools were really big and the hotel is in a beautiful location. Only downside for us was the buffet for dinner which is why we decided to eat at the bar the second night. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel sitting in the hills above Kandy with incredible staff. The hotel manager is fantastic and so friendly. During a testing cyclone period they never missed a beat and ket things moving as best they ciuld.

Nice place, good service. Not many sun loungers at the pool. Sad to hear that the leftovers from the buffet are thrown out and not given to the ones in need. Try to reduce food waste, and at the same time do something good for the ones without much.
