Great staff amazing room!

The breakfast menu and the breakfast was fantastic. Food was fresh, tasty, and abundant. There was several healthy food and beverage options. The staff were friendly. Jan was especially friendly and helpful. I would like to point Jan out as offering excellent customer service. The location was also perfect from the perspective of being close to all attractions. The beds and rooms were comfortable except for three issues: the air conditioner was unable to cool the room, we could not open the window as there was a lot of noise emanating from the street outside and the hotel has a practice of spraying a certain perfume in the rooms which we did not like and we found to be too strong (and we did ask them to refrain from spraying the perfume which they did for that night but must have forgotten about our request as the next day they sprayed our room again.

Hotel ideal location for us, staff super friendly and helpful, room cleaned each of the four nights we were there. Close to Old Town 15 mins walk, few streets away from the trams ,and few minutes walk from Musuem Metro stop. We have absolutely no complaints at all, will recommend this hotel to anybody going to Prague

The hotel is a museum in itself! Beautifully restored old building!! I really appreciated the beautiful art nouveau and modern blend!!

We stayed for a night. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great. Just 2 mins away from the main railway station. Room was clean.
