Wonderful stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is absolutely superb, short walk from the city square and hotel has private onsens for anyone with tattoos or who would rather enjoy the experience alone.

We chose to stay an extra night, and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Wonderful!!

It was a fantastic stay with a hotspring bath house included inside the hotel for the guest. Plus the buffet was delicious and amazing.

Beautiful hotel in the hot springs. Perfect to get away from the chaos of the city.

Great deal for the price! Walkable to other areas, easy parking, and the breakfast buffet (mostly Japanese) had a good selection. The hotel also has an onsen (one outdoor) within its grounds. The beds and pillows were too hard for me, but overall, great value for money!

This was amazing onsen beside the Yubatake (which is right in front on the hotel) so you are in the middle of the town they have Yukata you can borrow and take wear to walk and take pictures outside too. Breakfast and dinner had a lot of options and was really good. Make sure to Book Hal-Board, it is worth it! They have onsen eggs for breakfast too! The only downside is that it is a bit old and the walls are thin so can be noisy when people talk on the hallway but Overall this was an amazing hotel and will come back again!
