Great place to stay if you need to be by the airport.

The hotel itself feels upscale and it’s gorgeous. Loved that the Family Mart was in the hotel itself and that it was close to the train station. Our only complain was how tight our room felt even though we got a 4 bed room. There are no drawers and space is limited if you’re living out of the suitcase for 4 days. The breakfast spread was fantastic though and we enjoyed our stay.

So convenient right inside Terminal 3 for next day flight. Shopping & restaurants in upper level. Small room but comfortable bed, great amenities, no airplane noise, clean, easy check-in and check-out.

Did not use pool.

Wish it was clearer woth the amenities hours of service. Like I picked this hotel out because of the pool, but couldn't go because of the time of Operations. Great hotel, breakfast offers variety, spacious and hotel shuttle was not a problem to navigate

Great location, walking distance to everything in Shinjuku. Missing a gym/fitness center
