India ski resorts

It was one of the best experiences I've had staying in hotels. Service is better than what I've had in USA. The only small thing for improvement I can point out is the carpet in the room, which I am not sure if it was outdated or just wasn't cleaned properly. But nothing terrible. Airport shuttle was provided for a little over Rs1400 and came within minutes. Stress free and relaxing stay before flight. Definitely 5 star experience. Thank you.

Central location and well placed hotel in Delhi. Great staff. Always welcoming and amenable for assistance

Very grumpy staff at check in. No welcome at all. Room was small with no wow factor. Room service expensive and of poor quality and value.

Chose the hotel as it was close to the Mumbai airport we had a very early am flight to catch The room was ok, lobby very nice, bright, clean what made this location exceptional was the staff, one of the most attentive I have encountered in a large national chain Had dinner in the lobby restaurant last night which was very nice, the servers brought us a slice of cake inscribed with “ come back soon”. So nice.

Toilets in club lounge were not clean and cleanliness across hotel need to improve. Most staff were friendly but attention to detail was lacking.
