It says that the refrigerator is stuffed with snacks etc. it was empty. There were only bath towels 2. Rest all hand napkins were missing.

The good: the room was really nice, good facilities. The bad: The check in experience was poor, we arrived at midnight due to work commitments and they had us waiting for around 30 minutes. We were also searched twice by security for no apparent reason. Then the guy behind the checkin desk wasn't even aware we were there and I had to beckon him from outside as we're not allowed in. The sound proofing in the room was also terrible and could hear the television from the other room as well as a continuous creaking noise.

I had to send back the dinner, the chicken was smelling of fish, clealry hygiene issues in the kitchen. Very shocking that the gas flame in the kitchen is always on full blast, even when not being used - health hazard as well eco hazard. Over worked and exhausted staff, they aim to please but mostly don't seem to comprehend much - I think the managment of this hotel is over working the staff, with 12 hr shifts to save money, pretty pathetic. Frankly, I would not stay here again if I had a choice.

We booked here because we had to be at the airport at 4am. Hotel was ok, rundown and worn, and our room was noisy since we were two rooms away from the restaurant. Overall ok, and obviously no shuttle needed. However it was difficult to find, since we arrived at terminal 1 and had to transfer. Learned later that it is super easy to follow signs if you arrive in terminal 2, but there are no description or signs if you enter from the outside of terminal 2. We were turned away twice by military security because they did not know the hotel exists.
