Good location. Grand room, big bed and big desk for me to work on my laptop. Excellent service from front office, 承恩 made me felt most welcome right from the start at check-in counter.

The historical and landmark property in the city and still remains to be the best in the quality of service.

Nice hotel with nice service

Fantastic location. Restaurants , supermarket Very close by and major shopping centre just across the road.We stayed for six nights. Very attentitive friendly helpful staff who really care about their customers. Would very much recommend.

Beautiful hotel with the added perk of the free entrance to the Panmen park until 9pm. Rooms were ok and the grounds were spectacular although the location wasn’t really ideal in the end

I enjoyed my stay. My room was nice, spacious, clean, and had a good view.The breakfast was nice and had a mix of Western and Eastern cuisine. The only downside is that it isn’t close to a metro station for public transportation.
