Kerala ski resorts

The property is in a breathtaking location and the premises are also maintained very well. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Both the infinity pools were really nice (one of them is exclusive to the club room bookings). All the staff were very cordial and cooperative. The chefs at the restaurant made custom dishes for our daughter's liking. Tides restaurant at the beach side has a great menu and good food. All in all, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning.

Comfortable bed. Large ‘accessible’ room and bathroom. Great A/C. Professional staff. Less than $10 USA or Canadian taxi ride prepaid at airport arrival area. Breakfast tea/chai not worth drinking. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool.

Decent place, nice garden, breakfast was awesome. Friendly staff. Missing free shuttle

The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally gracious and professional; especially the breakfast buffet staff. The breakfast buffet food was top notch and very tasty! Great location, near the Kochi airport, and the hotel airport transportation service came in very useful!

Great staff and property

Overall good stay and will be better after the construction work is completed.
