The service staff and the breakfast buffet were excellent. One of the best I have experienced among the hotels in the same price range in Japan. Thank you so much! I removed one star only because there was an unpleasant odor coming from the toilet seat in my room.

Hotel was nice, view was beautiful, if you get the side of sado island you can see it from your room. Closest hotel to sado kisen port but outside of that, there's really nothing close by unless you walk about 10 minutes.

The property is located in a very convenient location, right above the train station and shopping malls. Check-in was easy. There is no parking facility in the hotel but it offers discounts for hotel guests to park in nearby facilities. Staff was helpful. Rooms were a bit run down but generally neat and tidy. It was very good for the price.
