Quebec ski resorts

The hotel looks good once you arrive. It is well situated and the front desk staff is friendly. Rooms are basic. Bathroom had hair on the floor. Blankets were stained. But the worst thing was the lack of the basics. We were four people and had only two towels. We had to ask three times before towels were brought to us (took 3 hours). The next day, we ran out of toilet paper as it was not refilled when room was made. Another two calls were needed (took nearly two hours). Breakfast is decent but badly organized. Breakfast staff were rude but overwhelmed. The breakfast layout is not logical, so a long lind forms rapidly. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Hot tub could have been hotter and I missed the woman's change room where there was a steam room (we were only there one night and I didn’t search too hard). What we were most impressed with was how gracious, kind and warm the staff were at every step of the way. The staff really made our Fairmont stay stand out.

I thought that breakfast was included, but it is NOT. It says parking "available".....NOT free parking....parking cost $14 a night (I was not prepared for that). The room was clean but the window with the really nice view was very dirty. The bed was very comforatble and the room was a very nice size. The fact that you can close a second door and keep the noise of the hallway out was a nice bonus.

There was blood on our bedspread, the headboard, the shower curtains were dirty, the contour of the bed was stained, moldings and tapestry peel off, window curtains stained with blood

Very enjoyable, pool area definitely a big draw.
