Needs to upgrade lighting and universal outlets

Just returned home from a lovely 7 day stay at Concorde De Luxe. Check in was smooth and easy. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The grounds at this hotel are immaculate. Everywhere was clean and well kept. Staff out early mornings cleaning all the walkways. Inside the hotel the same. The food was plentiful and delicious. Now probably the main reason for coming ... the beach and let me tell you the stretch of Lara beach for Concorde De Luxe is absolutely perfect. Beautifully maintained, the water and weather fortunately was perfect for us. Beach Volleyball was good. Fridges on the beach made it real easy to grab cold waters or pop. Towels were easy to get and exchange all day. Plenty of seating on the beach. Good shaded options. If i had to pick on one thing.. the beds could have been a little more comfortable, but I'm not going to knock a star off for that as everything else was more than pleasant! Thanks for a lovely stay, I hope to return again.

Excellent experience and friendly staff

Great hotel. Spacious clean comfortable quiet rooms. Service is world class. Very convenient location if you are taking the train and for getting around to other parts of the city.

The staff was amazing and ready to assist. check-in/out was questionable front desk does not engage with customers. food was good, not a lot of options but has quality. rooms were renovated and spacious. based on what we paid i would say 8.2/10.

Location was excellent, Upon my aarival at 1pm as. İ only wanted to store my luggage a beardy heavyset employee mentioned directly the room wasn t ready ( i knew as it was already in the description) i asked him if he had some Info on what to ser in Ankara..he haddn t ,he ddnt maske an effort to sum up some things to see..thats a Pitt But the person who checked ne in and out was very kind The girl in the bar and she was also there at breakfast was very kind and sweet ( it s a Pitt nobody wearss name tags) Room was tidy and clean Breakfast was seven the price i had paid good
