Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a strong focus on service. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although a few in certain roles seemed to have a poor attitude and acted hastily without first checking our needs. The pool area, lobby, and on-site restaurants were noticeably overpriced. We had an all-inclusive package with breakfast and dinner, but weren’t informed that soft drinks were included with dinner. For example, a can of Coca-Cola was priced at €6, and a club sandwich cost €30. Overall, food and beverage prices were about 25–50% higher than those at luxury hotels in Sweden.

The hotel is well-managed and has a customer-centric staff. We have not received a room upgrade upfront but only a couple of days after, when we complained about the noise during the night coming from the rooftop lounge.

A good hotel

A very good hotel with an amazing service , only inconvenience is a shared spa and gym where any external guest can go inside the hotel and the spa and the pool , causing a trafic , bad smell inside elevators as well bad service on the spa lockers

Our experience at Swissotel The Bosphorus was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is truly phenomenal. The suite was spacious and beautifully designed, with a breathtaking view that made our stay unforgettable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms were amazing. The service throughout our visit was excellent, professional, warm, and attentive. We can’t wait to return!
