Absolutely love this hotel, the residence is a little outdated and the pool was also under renovation which meant we had to use pool in main hotel

Stayed in a 2-bed Residence apartment (separate block to hotel) as a family. Service excellent and the separate hotel building itself offers very good shared facilities (gym, spa, pool) and a beautiful foyer with far reaching views over Bosphorus. Residence apartments are extremely spacious but dated in taste (and some quite dark in decor). Ensure you request a non-smoking room if you need that as smoking is pervasive everywhere. Breakfast (although very good) was served in the separate 'Residence' block which has no views whereas the hotel offers a vast buffet style breakfast in the main hotel restaurant where I believe you can also sit on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. That would have been an incremental charge to attend (discounted to 50% ppn). Seems a shame Residence guests can't share in that given it's set up anyway for hotel guests. Set a little South of the Nisantasi district, it's near the smart shopping area but you will need to take a taxi/walk to tram to head further into the heart of town.

This is a very nice hotel, very clean, big rooms, good food. It looks a little bit dated, with old carpets and decoration. But everything was pristine clean. Amenities in the bathroom can be better also but no complaints.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel location is great, easy access to Ferries, walking distance to nice shops and neighborhoods. Every one is friendly. The breakfast was nice. We loved dinning in the main dining room, beautiful view.
