Compare Cheap Hotels in Whitsunday Region

I expected a hot breakfast but it was mostly cold items which were good… still had to pay extra for hot eggs. The pool and the grounds were great, the room was clean. However, the birds decided to wake us up early which was not the hotel’s fault at all… just be ready. Short 15-minute walk to the center of town. No beach. Happy hour was reasonably priced. Dinner meals were good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Upon arrival it was alittle manic, our flight was a morning flight (11am) we knew we wouldn't be able to check in early but we didn't get checked in until nearly 2.30pm Our room was nice but didn't release there would've be no amenities like shower cap, makeup pads ect ect but shampoo, conditioner, body/hand wash and moisturiser was and I must admit it was AMAZING and then we didn't have any milk for a coffee/tea which was a surprise Bed was comfortable and bedroom was massive , loved that the bathroom was accessible from 2 doors, kitchen was nice and big and the balcony was perfect, spent a lot of our time out there. Now the pool was fantastic, we didn't swim in any of the public ones and the location in front of Catseye Beach was perfection , we spent our time mostly at the beach and pool for a sip on the way back to our room. The staff were friendly So I give this accommodation a 4 out of 5.

Very nice staff, quality and service, great quiet room

I spent two amazing days here. The location is perfect and the property looks like a house under a big big tree

We had the most amazing stay at Mirage Whitsundays! Our room was absolutely beautiful and honestly even better than the pictures. The views were incredible, and waking up to them every morning was just breathtaking. The apartment was spacious, beautifully presented and had everything we could have asked for. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend Mirage Whitsundays. We can’t wait to come back! 🤍🌴✨

The island is so cute and peaceful. The resort is perfectly situated at the ferry dock and you can stay inside the resort until the ferry pulls in which is nice if it's raining. The resort is perfect for a short visit, the food was good and the amenities were perfect for a relaxing break. The free use of snorkeling gear is a nice touch as you can see their newly grown reef right from the beach. The wallaroos are so cute wandering around and you can feed them. I believe most ferries stop at daydream and go to Airlie or Hamilton and on to Whitsunday island so it is very convenient to get on and off the island. Overall would recommend the resort for a nice get away.
