The staff was really nice and friendly. The room was nice for an overnight stay. We just got a room with a king size bed. First time staying at the hotel. There wasn’t anything we disliked, but would have been nice if they had a shuttle transportation option. We just ended up using Uber. I’d stay there again!

Great location and wonderful staff

I have stayed at this Avid a number of times. I appreciate that it’s right off the freeway which makes it easy on and off. The staff has always been welcoming. Tasha from housekeeping was great! Very kind and apologetic for housekeeping not making it to my room despite me asking the front desk 2 times for service. I had no toilet paper or towels until about 4:30pm on Thursday after having been there since Tuesday afternoon. Better communication between front desk and housekeeping needs to happen

Everything was excellent except the floors are tiled throughout the rooms. The problem with this is that other guests who come into the rooms above you at night while you are trying to sleep make a horrendous noise dragging their suitcases around. If we ever stay here again we will request a room on the 4th and uppermost floor and away from the stairs and elevators. Late night noise is an issue.

The king room was small but cozy! I loved everything about the hotel. The property is well kept. Everything still looks new!! NOTE: I did notice quite a few people walking from the other hotel across the parking lot to enjoy breakfast.
