We stayed at the Hilton Nusa Dua in Bali, and it was a fantastic experience, especially for anyone traveling with a child. The reservation included a wonderful breakfast, and the rooms were very clean. The staff were all incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. They created a beautiful memory for us by surprising us with a birthday cake for my son. Overall, we truly loved our time there!

Rooms were beautiful and staff were amazing. Unfortunately there is construction happening next to the hotel which was noisy through the day. I would highly recommend once the noise of the construction settles.

Don’t go. If they survive on tourism then they need to do better. I had an issue getting my wife evisa because of her Jamaican passport but no issue with mine which is an American passport. The room already paid for. I contacted the hotel to tell them my situation and that I have no other choice but to cancel. I understand there would have been a penalty but I had no idea it would have been 100 % the cost. How is that fair. How do you charge someone full cost for a service they did not benefit from. Is the country that poor or the Hilton that unfair to its customers and this is there way to earn revenue even if it’s an empty room. They possibly rented the room twice, which is considered unethical and constitutes double dipping. But that’s possibly the culture. $817 usd and I did not benefit from the service. That’s not fair. This the county that preaches humility and compassion. But when there is a tourist it’s gone throw the window as tourist becomes a staple. Again don’t go.

Everything about this resort was wonderful. We stayed in the royal room and it was beautiful and spotlessly cleaned daily. The staff were brilliant, the pools had lots of options for depth and location, the breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly need and the restaurant staff at all the restaurants we visited catered for our food allergies without issue. While slightly south of Nusa Dua, a $5 taxi arranged by the concierge got us to bali collection in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this resort.

We had a fab stay at the Hilton resort. We chose the villa as a family and it was everything we wanted. Breakfast was fab! Lots of extra goodies thrown in with our package. We would definitely recommend to all considering a stay here and will be back.

Excellent location and the atmosphere. Staff was always helpful and supportive. Although we booked dinner throughout our stay but there was not much options there probably because of the small amount of people. Meat supply on American bbq dinner was issue controlled manner we had to wait long time to eat grilled meet and forced me to finish my dinner eary.
