Long story short, the good worker at front desk, walked myself and another customer around 2 at least 10 rooms. None of them were clean, so I left and went to another hotel. I never seen nothing like it

Lack of housekeeping ruins pleasant visit.

Breakfast, pool, front desk staff were great. Excellent service, food was plentiful and fresh, and staff a joy to interact with. It a shame that the housekeeping (or lack of) can totally destroy my views of this hotel. On our 6 night stay we received no housekeeping service to our room even after requesting it two separate days. Our first morning there housekeeping stopped by at 8:20am. I said we were still in the room but would leave shortly. Rude awakening on your first morning of vacation. I may stay for an overnight or two in the future but never again for an extended stay.

Never have a problem with this property until I called to say that I would be late for check in. The young lady who answered put me on hold for over 30 minutes and then didn’t have an answer to when the latest check in could be. I was over 8 hours away and rushed to get there by 1am when I had until 3am.

Worst Experience of my life!

This was by far the absolute worst experience in my life. My family and I , along with other families were antagonized and harassed by Benny who was the front desk clerk. He antagonized and threatened my safety and that of my children. We had to pack up and leave at 11:00 at night due to him “having the upper hand”, “he’s going to eat today”, “he owns the hotel and is the manager”. Cops were called and there was nothing they could do since it was private property. But that they have been called to this specific hotel multiple times and they told use to go to the Holiday Inn across the street. DO NOT book at this hotel if you are looking for a family getaway!!!

I travel for work and stay here frequently, rarely is there an error with housekeeping, its clean. Sheets are white and not stained. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Safe walkable area. Red Robin next door.

Check-in was easy. That was pleasant. Requested a handicap accessible room with two beds, they could not provide that for me, made for a getting my wheelchair mother in and out of the hotel. Was clean for the most part. Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. was gone. Not much to pick from.

We never leave ratings but for your sake we want you to know that unless you’ve been living off-grid in a sod hut, this is nowhere near it’s AI generated 8/10 rating. The facility is old, the carpet is filthy and stinks of mildew. The front desk staff member lying down watching TV in the breakfast area yelled “Whadda you want” when we went to check out. The included “breakfast” includes milk and yogurt if you ask for them, they will refill the pancake machine begrudgingly and all of the surfaces are sticky and dirty. We usually stay at Holiday Inn/Express and previously found Best Western’s to be of similar quality…..not any more. Any Best Western Quality Control leaders reading this message need to visit this location!

Hotel itself is quiet but some guests were loud. I will give it a 5 Star if it has an all body mirror in the room and fresh fruits for breakfast. I stayed two nights, there was no fruits one morning. A Red Robin is right by it, makes it very convenient.
