Very quiet property simply due to design. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just a heads up: the security deposit for the room is $100 instead of the customary 50, and this property took by far the longest of any hotel I've ever stayed in to return our deposit; six full business days.

Disappointing Stay

It was our firat time in Detroit...and we was excited...but then the stay was below average... We checked In early...and the woman who worked the day of April 18, 2025 (Friday) acted like I was interrupting whatever she was watching on her tablet... The room had a funny odor....the bathub had a slimy film and bout fell getting in...was quite gross cause I have no clue what it was.... We got the jacuzzi room...and glad I bought my own bleach spray and scrubby...cause after the tub incident...I wasn't trusting their cleaning abilities.. The curtain looked like it had blood stains on them...nasty. ..and the air condition scked...

The bathroom and sink still had hair and their was dust balls. Besides that, the bed and such was clean enough. Breakfast was limited and theres a lot of police circling this and the nearby hotels- my guess, looking for tickets and warrents. 3/5
