Clean enough and friendly. Late arrival was organised for us. Amazing location and fair value. Good to have some kitchen facilities but the room was small.

The hotel and room are dated but were presented extremely well. A great price for such a great location. Free parking in Ponsonby was fantastic, parked up and headed out for dinner and drinks. We will definitely stay here again.
