The only reason this hotel gets 1 star is because of the front desk associate, Autumn. She did her absolute best to salvage this experience to no avail.
Lobby floor obviously had not been cleaned for several days. The melted snow and salt streaks from a storm days prior were visible through luggage cart tracks.
Room 1 had hair in the tub along with mold and old, lifted caulk around the tub edges. Showerhead was completely corroded, and green in color. Same for the sink drain.
Room 2 was covered in stains: on the walls (possible mold from leaky AC?), all over the sofa (was actually scared to touch anything in the room), and on the lamp shades (turned toward the wall to conceal?).
The elevator was disgusting and floor covered in sticky. I smelled coffee. My husband smelled alcohol. Elevator door and panel looked to have been wiped down with a dirty rag and white streaks remained from top to bottom. Autumn advised trash bags left by housekeeping in the elevator probably leaked, causing odor and stains.
Carpet outside elevator doors was covered in debris. Autumn advised ALL the vacuums in the building were broken and had been sent off for repair.
Room 3 appeared to be acceptable, until bed sheets were pulled back. Several short, black hairs (pubic?) and a faint brown stain were on the sheets in the area where private body parts would lay.
We did not stay. My advise? Steer clear. Nothing good will come of it.
