The room was very nice. Staff was also kind and helpful. I had an issue with my keycard on the first day, and the front desk attendant was right on it and got me fixed up right away. The only negative thing I had happen was that when gathering our stuff before leaving, our keycards stopped working about 35-40 minutes befoed the actual checkout time. Thankfully, we had already gotten all our stuff out and I was just doing a final check when I realized it didn't work. I think it may have been something to do with swapping keycards maybe. When I notified the fromt desk about it upon checkout, they were very concerned about the issue and I trust that it will get looked into. I believe it was probably just a fluke though. Overall though, still giving 5 stars because everyone and everything was quite nice. The pool was kinda chilly though, but not a huge deal!

Rooms are recently remodeled. Hotel is clean. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. General area is safe and convenient to restaurants.

The smoke alarm went off numerous times because of steam from the shower The bed was turned perpendicular to the TV so if you were laying in the bed, you would not be able to see it unless you sat up. Also, there were no outlets on the other side of the bed so only one person could plug in their phone.
